How to Discover or Rediscover Your Purpose in Midlife: 3 Steps to Start Living More Intentionally

Life after 40 can bring a unique set of challenges and opportunities. Many women, me included, experience a period where they feel a loss of purpose or direction. While this feeling is common, it doesn’t have to be permanent.
