I offer one-to-one coaching through the Career Reinvention Roadmap — for women who feel stuck in their career and want clarity, confidence, and a way forward.
Working together, we create space to:

- rebuild confidence and self-trust
- decide on a realistic, aligned way forward

How I Work
My approach is thoughtful, practical, and I am very much a teaching coach, giving you the tools and knowledge you need to make the changes you desire.
I don’t rush you into decisions or push you towards change for the sake of it.
Instead, we slow things down enough to help you understand what’s really going on, so your next steps are intentional, not reactive.
Coaching sessions are one-to-one, supportive, and focused on your goals, values, and circumstances.
There’s no one-size-fits-all process.
