Its October here in the UK, and that means that we are now in the Autumn season. Despite the chill in the air, there’s something magical about this season that makes it my favourite. It’s like nature’s way of showing us that change can be incredibly beautiful.
For me, autumn is more than just falling leaves and pumpkin spice lattes. It’s a time when I take a step back and reflect on how my year has unfolded, and on the goals and aspirations I set for myself throughout the year.
It’s also the season when I crave the warmth and cosiness of my home. As well as the chance to connect even more with nature, before the hustle and bustle of the holiday season kicks in. There’s something undeniably refreshing about the autumn air.
As F. Scott Fitzgerald wisely said, “Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall.”
So, in the spirit of embracing this season of change, I’ve put together an Autumn Preparation Checklist below that provides some tips and ideas of things that you can do to help you end the year on a positive note. I hope you find it helpful and choose whichever resonate with you the most.
